Black Circle was created to provide a private, exclusive, and community-focused experience.
- We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform and provide member services.

Profile Photographs
Black Circle requires profile photographs as part of maintaining an authentic and trusted community. Profile photographs must depict the actual member and may not consist primarily of avatars, illustrations, logos, emojis, fictional characters, AI-generated images, or other misleading representations.
Members are required to maintain an authentic profile photograph. Accounts that fail verification or repeatedly use misleading images may be suspended or removed. Black Circle may use automated verification technology and manual review processes to help confirm compliance with these requirements.
Community Content
Members may create, upload, publish, transmit, or share content within the platform, including:
- Posts
- Photos
- Comments
- Messages
- Group discussions
- Community interactions
Location Information
If you choose to use Check In, SOS, navigation, or other location-based services, Black Circle may process your location information solely to provide those services. Location services may be disabled through your device settings at any time.
Payment Information
Membership subscriptions and payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other approved payment processors. Black Circle does not store full credit card information or payment account credentials.
- HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information only for purposes related to providing and operating Black Circle services. Examples include:
- Creating and maintaining member accounts
- Verifying member identity and authenticity
- Enabling My Circle functionality
- Enabling My Rings functionality
- Supporting member communications
- Facilitating emergency and safety features
- Supporting Check In functionality
- Providing customer support
- Maintaining platform security
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
- PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS
Black Circle is built around privacy and trust.
We do not record audio calls. We do not record video calls.
Private messages are transmitted for delivery and are not retained beyond the period reasonably necessary to facilitate communication and maintain service functionality.
Black Circle does not actively monitor private communications except when reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate reported violations
- Protect member safety
- Enforce platform rules
- Comply with legal obligations
- AUTHENTICITY AND COMMUNITY TRUST
Black Circle is designed as a trusted community experience. To promote authenticity and member safety, users are required to maintain profiles that accurately represent themselves.
Black Circle may use automated verification technologies and manual review processes to verify compliance with community authenticity standards. Verification tools are used solely to support community integrity and platform security and are not used for advertising, profiling, or commercial marketing purposes.
- EMERGENCY FEATURES
Black Circle provides optional emergency assistance features, including SOS notifications and emergency contact communications.
When activated by a member, the SOS feature may initiate immediate communications, including live group communications, with designated emergency contacts selected by the member. The SOS feature may share information necessary to facilitate those communications, including:
- Member identity
- Profile information
- Location information, if location services are enabled
Emergency features are provided as communication tools only. They are not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, medical assistance, or other professional emergency response resources.
Black Circle does not guarantee that emergency contacts will receive, respond to, or act upon SOS communications. Network availability, device settings, internet connectivity, third-party service interruptions, service outages, user error, and other factors may affect functionality.
- USER GENERATED CONTENT
Members may create and share content within the platform. Black Circle reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the community.
Members remain solely responsible for content they create, post, upload, or share.
- INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent personal information.
We may share information only:
- With service providers who help operate the platform
- With payment processors handling subscriptions and transactions
- With emergency contacts when activated by a member
- When required by law
- To protect the rights, safety, security, or property of members or Black Circle
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer
- DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide services
- Maintain security
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements

When accounts are deleted, personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
- ACCOUNT DELETION
Members may request deletion of their account at any time through available account management tools or by contacting Black Circle support.
Following verification of the request, personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- SECURITY
Black Circle uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect member information.
While we strive to protect information, no system can guarantee complete security, and members acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet involves inherent risks.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Black Circle is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18 years of age, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.
- INTERNATIONAL USERS
Black Circle may serve members located in multiple countries. By using the platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions where Black Circle or its service providers operate.
- CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Black Circle may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and provide notice through the platform where appropriate.
Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
